Magellan Maestro 4350

Magellan 4350 Review:
Magellan introduces the new Magellan 4350 GPS navigation device that is the little brother of the Maestro 4370. Basically, the Magellan Maestro 4350 offers similar features as the Maestro 4370. the Maestro 4350 features a 4.3-inch widescreen anti-glare touchscreen, Bluetooth, Real-Time Traffic updates, and 2-D and 3-D maps of the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, all packed into a streamlined design that will add a bit of flair to any interior. Magellan Maestro 4040

Magellan Maestro 4040 Review:
The Magellan 4040 is the latest in the Magellan product line. The Magellan Maestro 4040 Portable Auto GPS System is the ultimate travel companion. Re-engineered for easy use, it combines advanced features, elegance, and simplicity to make driving more pleasurable and less stressful. The Maestro 4040 has integrated Bluetooth and text-to-speech functionality, while the Maestro 4050 adds real-time traffic alerts and voice commands.

The Magellan 4040 features a 4.3-inch nonreflective QVGA display that I found very viewable in bright-sunlight driving conditions. For signal reception, the GPS is equipped with a SiRFStar III receiver and an integrated antenna—there’s no “patch” fold-out antenna. A relatively large rear-facing speaker provides robust sound. The …

Magellan Maestro 4200

Magellan Maestro 4200 Review:
The Magellan 4200 has a few standard features that you will find in more expensive models. It is lacking the street name directions. All you get is turn left or turn right. That part is annoying. You can still mute the unit and you will be ok.I tried searching a few addresses and it was pretty accurate. So in that sense is good. Magellan Maestro 4200 portable navigator offers an easy-to-use guided driving experience with its bright 4.3″ widescreen display. Just enter your destination through the convenient Touchscreen using an address or local search and the Maestro 4200 contains preloaded maps of the entire U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. …

Magellan Maestro 4210

Magellan Maestro 4210 Review:
The 3200-series navigators feature a 3.5-inch screen, while the 4200s have a 4.3-inch widescreen display. The 3200 and 4200 offer great, basic navigation with turn-by-turn spoken directions, pre-loade maps of the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and 1.3 million POIs. The 3210 and Magellan Maestro 4210 add maps for Canada and Alaska, AAA travel information (see details below) and bump you up to 6 million POIs.

I first purchased the 3250 but only used it for about a week before switching to the Magellan Maestro 4210. The major differences between the two are the voice recognition commands, the bluetooth connectivity, and live traffic compatibility. The voice recognition …

Magellan Maestro 3200

Magellan Maestro 3200 Review:
The Magellan Maestro 3200 navigators feature a 3.5-inch screen. The Magellan 3200 and 4200 offer great, basic navigation with turn-by-turn spoken directions, pre-loade maps of the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and 1.3 million POIs.

The Magellan Maestro 3200 is smaller and has an updated look to the interface and map screen. It also responds more quickly to inputs.

The feature I like most is the ability to tap the position triangle and then scroll around the map. When you are zoomed in to closest 2 or 3 zoom levels you can scroll around the 3D map this way. On the 2200T I found I had to be …
